Job Overview

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and beautiful user experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product managers and developers
Maintain and evolve our design system
Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

Requirements

3+ years of UX/UI design experience
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of front-end development (React, CSS)
Experience with user research methodologies
Animation and micro-interaction design skills
Experience in B2B or enterprise software design
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
